Not every event requires a large guest list. At Soda and Sweets Catering, we’re proud to offer tailored solutions for groups of fewer than 75 guests.

Small Group Catering
For intimate gatherings, meetings, or private celebrations, we offer a variety of thoughtfully curated food options tailored to smaller groups. Popular choices include:
Breakfast Buffet – Fresh pastries, fruit, yogurt parfaits, and breakfast favorites
Mini Grazing Boards – Perfectly portioned charcuterie and cheese selections
Nacho Bar - Build-your-own stations with customizable toppings
Baked Potato Bar - Build-your-own stations with customizable toppings
Pulled Pork Sandwich Bar - A crowd-pleasing meal featuring tender, slow-cooked pulled pork, house made coleslaw, and a variety of side dishes
Dessert Displays – Assorted mini sweets, donuts, or cookies for a sweet finish
Signature Drink Stations – Including soda bars, infused waters, and hot cocoa setups
All offerings are designed with flexibility in mind to provide a seamless and satisfying experience, no matter the size of your guest list.
Planning and Coordination
Zero stress, we take care of it all. All you have to do is enjoy!
Soda and Sweets staff will be onsite to support your event, dedicated to serving you and your guests. We arrive at least 30 minutes early with everything needed to set up, including tables, tablecloths, displays, product, serving supplies, plates and utensils, set up, take down, clean up, etc.
For each event we gladly coordinate to match decorations and event colors. If the venue you use already has a serving table, counter, or specialty display feature you'd like us to use, never a problem. Just let us know in advance.
